Our Team
Our organization was founded and is operated by Mitch Paradis, a dedicated hockey professional with deep roots in the sport. We are committed to nurturing talent at all levels. Mitch discovered his love for hockey at an early age while growing up in the small town of Grand Falls, New Brunswick. His career has taken him through various roles, including assistant coach, goalie coach, junior hockey head scout, and management positions in prestigious leagues.
With his impressive hockey résumé and profound understanding of the game, Mitch is uniquely positioned to foster player development. His extensive knowledge simplifies the learning process and inspires confidence in every player. Through effective communication and a dynamic coaching approach, he brings out the best in each athlete, ensuring they reach their full potential on and off the ice. Dave Kennedy
Director of Goalie Development
With over 15 years of experience as a goaltending coach, Dave Kennedy has worked with everyone from NHL prospects to youth goalies. Originally from Moncton, New Brunswick, he has established himself as one of the best goalie coaches in Canada.
Few goalie coaches can boast a résumé like Dave's. He has won at every level, including the 2018 Memorial Cup championship. He is also the founder of the Atlantic Goaltending Academy, where he continues to develop the next generation of goaltenders.
James Sanford

James Sanford is a seasoned hockey veteran who has played and coached at a high level.
He played 99 games in the American Hockey League (AHL), 133 games in the East Coast Hockey League (ECHL), and 272 games in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).
His valuable experience greatly benefits our staff. His knowledge of and passion for the game are evident.
